FAQ
What counts as a send?
One send is one SMS review request sent to a customer. Each customer in your flow receives up to 2 messages — the initial rating request and, if they rate you 4 or 5 stars, the Google review link. Only the first message counts toward your monthly send limit.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Scheduled sends will pause until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle. You can also add 100 extra sends for $10 CAD anytime from your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your billing portal and you won't be charged again. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.
